Deron Thomas initially sold a 12,400 square foot industrial building for us several years ago. In early 2022, we hired Deron and Tyler Thomas to assist us in negotiating two lease renewals with SupplyOne totaling 103,750 square feet. After renewing the leases, we then hired Deron and Tyler to sell our 103,750 square foot industrial complex as an investment, of which they were successful.

Their market knowledge regarding industrial rental rates and sale values was instrumental in completing these transactions.
